Arran 10 Year Old is the flagship single malt from Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran. Matured primarily in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring, it showcases the distillery's bright, fruit-forward house style. Widely regarded as an excellent introduction to the Arran range, it combines orchard fruit, citrus and gentle oak in a balanced and approachable whisky.
Our Take
An easy-drinking whisky with a lovely fresh apple character, followed by spice and oak on the palate. Nothing overly complicated, just a very enjoyable whisky that represents excellent value for money.

Tasting Notes
Fresh citrus, green apple, pear, honey, vanilla and a hint of sweet malt.
Nose:
Orchard fruits, vanilla, shortbread, gentle spice and toasted oak with a creamy mouthfeel.
Palette:
Medium length with lingering vanilla, citrus zest, soft spice and light oak.
